The B-side is a punk parody called "Punk Police." The production is deliberately lo-fi: echo on everything, sirens, strange screeching. It sounds like someone made it in a hallway and released it anyway. It is absolutely perfect.

Music historians call the genre "punksploitation." Most people who've heard it just call it one of the strangest, most joyful records of the era. It captures 1977 — the tension, the absurdity, the anything-goes energy — better than almost any serious record from that year.
